Can't make your performance?

It's ok - you can still enjoy your Gateway show! Just pick one of the following options:
 

If you know that you won't be able to make your performance time, please contact the Box Office at least 24 hours prior to your originally scheduled performance. You will be able to exchange your tickets for another performance of the same show for a $5 per ticket fee.

 

* Subscribers can make complimentary exchanges, without paying the $5 fee. Call the Box Office at least 24 hours in advance of your original performance.
 

Present your tickets at the Box Office 30 minutes before another performance of the same show. You will be issued the best available seats for that performance. (Stand-by seating is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please call to confirm availability for your desired performance.)
