Acting School Faculty

All instructors at The Gateway School for the Performing Arts are arts & entertainment professionals, with extensive academic and professional experience in the theatre, film and TV world. Many are based in New York City, hold BFA degrees in acting and are affiliated with professional unions such as AEA, SAG, AFTRA and AGVA.

Faculty members have trained with luminaries such as Sir Anthony Hopkins, Uta Hagen, Marvin Hamlisch, Stephane Schwartz (creator of Godspell, Pippin, Wicked, and the Hunchback of Notre Dame), and Jason Robert Brown (creator of The Last Five Years).
